Last week was a very intense one for our Gladiators. Our Men’s Soccer team was engaged in the final phase of the championship, quarter-finals in a single match against Erasmus. Play-offs reached with great merit and determination, following a historic comeback by our boys who with 5 consecutive victories had brought themselves to fourth position, only behind the prestigious Foro Italico, Luiss and Link.
Over a hundred Gladiators participated in the second Pep Rally of this academic year, and what a night it was! Athletics and Student Services departments organized the now-traditional Gladiators Night in honor of the upcoming matches against Rome Tre and the Università Cattolica.

The tryouts for JCU’s varsity teams have come to a close, and the coaches are thrilled with the level of participation from the student body. With so many talented and dedicated athletes trying out, the selection process was certainly a challenging one.

John Cabot University Athletics is thrilled to announce that the varsity team tryouts for the upcoming semester have had a fantastic turnout so far! On the first days of tryouts, many students came out to participate and had a great time meeting their potential teammates who are already on the team from last semester.

Finally, the Student Services Awards were able to take place in person. It has been a long two years of Covid-19, regulations, masks, and evolution but we are here now and ready to celebrate our 2022 Athletic Champions. We cannot thank those enough for continuing to participate in sports, intramurals, and all athletic events. Your support has meant the world to us during these difficult times.
