My favorite sport:
My favorite sport is triathlon, which I still actively practice today, but I’m passionate about all things sports-related in general. I’m fascinated by the physical and mental challenges that each discipline offers, and I enjoy testing myself in different contexts.

Sports I’ve practiced:
I’ve played soccer since I was a child—it has been a big part of my life. About three years ago, I decided to take a new direction and started with track and field, before gradually falling in love with the world of triathlon.
Since then, I’ve been training consistently and with dedication, following structured programs aimed at improving every day. Although my triathlon journey is relatively recent, I’ve already achieved some great results and am approaching the sport with increasing seriousness and professionalism.
This September, I’ll be starting my second year in triathlon with the goal of continuing to grow, pushing beyond my limits, and eventually turning this passion into a real profession in sports and performance.

What I’ll be doing:
This year, I’ll be responsible for the Training Runner course and will also provide some support hours in the office. I’m excited to combine my love for sports with the opportunity to share knowledge and motivate others.

What I expect:
I hope this will be a productive and inspiring year where I can pass on my passion for sports, especially running. I can’t wait to get started, challenge myself, and live an experience that will enrich me both personally and professionally.

The strangest thing that’s ever happened to me as an athlete:
I actually have two stories to share:

  1. After about two weeks without training due to a trip, I decided to run a 30K right after coming back. I started way too fast and paid the price—I finished completely exhausted, but it was a lesson I won’t forget!

  2. In a moment of athletic madness, I ran two marathons in one month, both around 4 hours, without proper preparation for even one. It was a mix of extreme physical and mental testing…
