JCU Student Life Celebration – Athletics Awards 2019

We couldn’t ask for a better night than the one we spent on Thursday, May 2 at the Student Life Celebration event!

The annual event, which marks the end of the semester and awards the best students who contributed and stood out the most within the JCU community, was a real success.

During the night, JCU Athletics also awarded the student-athletes who excelled the most during the sports season and the student assistants who developed a great job for the department throughout the years.

It was a great honor for us to award these students because they are a true example that combining both the academic life and sports one with good resulsts is possible. You demonstrated that sport is not only a physical activity, but it can be also an important means of education, friendship, and fair play.

For this reason, we want to thank you all for your passion and commitment and for representing our Gladiator spirit at its best both on and off the field.
