The JCU volleyball and basketball teams played their first games back to back this week, and put in a great effort as they displayed some serious JCU spirit!
On Monday night…
Our Gladiators volleyball team played against Foro Italico at Virgilio and worked together great as a team, even though they may have lost the game, they kept JCU spirits high and will be back even stronger next semester!!
On Tuesday night…
The Gladiators men’s basketball team played in their first 3v3 university basketball tournament at Virgilio high school, and WON!
In the first 4 games that they played out of 10, John Cabot University, The American University of Rome, and Università degli Studi di Roma Foro Italico were tied… but JCU took the lead in the 5th game as AUR was knocked out. Finally, in the 8th game, JCU won against UFI and continued to win the following two games!!
