JCU Athletics with the support of JCU Career Services is currently working together with the UEFA 2020 voluteering program. This is a valuable opportunity for JCU community who will have the chance to be part of a huge and incredible event machine such as the European Soccer Championship.

To celebrate the 60th anniversary, UEFA Euro 2020 will follow an itinerant calendar, and the games will take place in 12 different countries from June 12th to July 12th.

One of the cities that will host the kick-off games is Rome where the teams will play in the wonderful setting of the Stadio Olimpico.

Last Friday, Irene Marcatto, Los Volunteer Manager Rome, was invited as a guest speaker at our institution during Antonella Salvatore’s class Professional Skills for Career Development. Marcatto gave a special lecture about the importance of volunteering and the hard work and commitment behind the organization of such big events.

The class was open to all JCU students, and at the end of the lecture, students could apply directly for the voluteering program.
