The tryouts for JCU’s varsity teams have come to a close, and the coaches are thrilled with the level of participation from the student body. With so many talented and dedicated athletes trying out, the selection process was certainly a challenging one.
In particular, the tryouts for the men’s soccer team were incredibly competitive, with many outstanding players vying for a spot on the roster. The coaches have made their final selections, and those who have been chosen will need to complete the registration process, following the procedure information received by email.

We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of the students who participated in the tryouts. The coaches were impressed by the level of skill and dedication shown by each and every one of you. While not everyone was selected for a varsity team, we encourage you to explore the possibility of joining one of our other teams or participating in our recreational sports activities.
As we gear up for the competitive season, we want to remind everyone that this is just the beginning. The JCU Gladiators are ready to take on the competition and we know our student-athletes will do us proud.
