Team JCU FA’23 Recap
This past weekend, the third and final JCU Community Fun Run took place.
The Community Fun Runs served as an opportunity for students, staff, faculty, alumni, and the wider JCU Community to come together for a relaxing jog followed by a breakfast at Bar Meccanismo in Piazza Trilussa.
Team JCU off to a Strong Start!
The JCU community has started off on a strong foot this semester with our first two Team JCU events!
In the first of these, held the morning of September 24th, we came together with current students, staff, and faculty to support each other in a community run and walk along the Tiber River. After about forty minutes enjoying our exercise amidst the many weekend warriors of Rome, Team JCU reconvened for a relaxing breakfast at Bar Meccanismo, offered by the university.

The John Cabot University Gladiators have done it again! The men’s basketball and 5vs5 soccer teams have won the final games of the University of Rome Championships – Europa League, adding more trophies to the already full JCU trophy cabinet.

Despite the break, our Gladiators never stopped! Some trained in our gym, while others spent a beautiful weekend in the snow in the Alps. Some competed in a half-marathon, and others challenged themselves to the long hiking Cammino di Santiago.
