The JCU Athletics Department is happy to welcome students, faculties, and staff to join our recreational program. We offer a great variety of activities and events to promote a healthy lifestyle while meeting new people from the JCU community.
Our Fitness Center provides the opportunity to get a personalized workout from our personal trainers and to participate to group fitness classes like Functional Training, Yoga, and Latin Dance.
Also, the Department hosts weekly off-campus activities such as Hiking trips, Water Sports days, and others.
