To keep staying digitally close to each other and remain fit during these days, JCU Athletics also offers live fitness classes where you can interact directly with our instructors.
At the moment, we are offering HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and Kick Boxing classes on different days. You can follow the live workouts on our offical social media pages, Facebook and Instagram, but if you are not able to attend the live class, don’t worry…! All the videos will be posted on our Youtube Channel – John Cabot University Athletics on the following days.
