This coming Fall semester, the JCU Athletics Department will hold 6 different FREE seminars on campus – all dedicated to health/wellness, nutrition and fitness!
The seminars will be a great way to learn how to maintain a healthy lifestyle with proper fitness and nutritional tips from trained professionals! We also have two of our very own Athletic Coordinators, Marco Iorio and Alex Ronald Sabelli, speaking at three of the seminars!
