The first workout that we have released focuses on core strenght and abs. Having a strong core is very important for different reasons, including improving posture and stability and reducing lower back pain. So what are you waiting for? Start NOW!
FIRST WORKOUT – CORE AND ABS:
✔️ Push-Ups: 10 reps
✔️ 5” Eccentric Squats: 10 reps
✔️ Spiderman Push-Ups: 10 reps
✔️ Squat Jumps: 10 reps
✔️ Tibetan Push-Ups: 8 reps
✔️ Split Squat Jumps: 10 reps
For a complete workout, you should perform 2 or 3 rounds with 2′ rest between the rounds.
